The shop has consistently maintained a high standard over the long term—they only sell thoroughly vetted products, perfectly describe their features on the e-shop, and actively advise on selection, so customers are sure they can't make a bad purchase. Surprisingly, they manage to fulfill the paradox of selling a minimalist and very small amount of gear, while customers still return to buy something more.
