If you want to return or exchange goods ordered online (applies to personal pick-up as well), follow the instructions below. Detailed information on withdrawal from a sales contract can also be found in the terms and conditions.
1. When and what goods can be returned / exchanged
Goods ordered online can be returned or exchanged within fourteen days after receiving it without specifying a reason. The goods must be unused and in undamaged original packaging. If there is something wrong with the goods after the expiration of the fourteen-day period, it is necessary to proceed accordingly to the warranty terms and conditions.
2. How and where to send the goods
You can return or exchange goods in several ways: by Czech Post, by any courier service or in person.
Except for personal return in our store, it is necessary to fill out the form and add it to the package. When exchanging goods for another size or color, write your request in the form together in the box with the returned goods. We recommend to check the availability in advance, for example by e-mail to email@example.com.

3. Who pays for shipping and when will we refund your money
Shipping back to us is paid by the buyer, do not send the package as cash on delivery. After receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail and refund your money within fourteen days (usually earlier).
