The shop has consistently maintained a high standard over the long term—they only sell thoroughly vetted products, perfectly describe their features on the e-shop, and actively advise on selection, so customers are sure they can't make a bad purchase. I returned after 2 months from a trail in the USA with some broken equipment. Yesterday I stopped at Pod7kilo and I mainly needed advice on how to fix something.
