Meticulous refinement over the last decade has led to our new Superior Down Series! This growing family of products deftly balances the characteristics that define reliable ultra-light apparel. Light in weight and highly compressible these garments travel well, but when needed are transformed into lofty down sweaters of surprising warmth. Prized by budget conscious backcountry enthusiasts around the world, the Superior Down Series is “what you need” when a versatile warm layer is critical, minimal weight is paramount, and space in your pack is at a premium.

In sewn-through construction, stitch lines go from the exterior of the garment directly to the lining material to join the two layers, creating small pockets for down insulation. This simple method provides an economical way to keep down in place, while leaving the garment as light as possible.

Asi najlepšia bunka akú som kedy mal.

- bunda je veľmi ľahká, ani o nej nebudete vedieť :) (ale zároveň vás dobre zahreje)
- vhodná do vetra
- je veľmi kvalitná
- vhodná aj na nenáročný šport (beh, cyklistika)
- bundu ľahko poskladáte do hocijakej batožiny

Za tú cenu je to stále dobrá a spoľahlivá investícia.

Nejprve mne trochu odrazovala cena, pak jsem váhal jestli těch 70g peří bude stačit... Jednu tenkou "letní" péřovku bez kapuce už jsem měl a jednu "echt zimní" taky, potřeboval jsem něco mezi. Tato bunda vše splnila nad očekávání. Má vše nezbytné a zároveň nemá žádné zbytečnosti... a váha je neuvěřitelná... je lehčí než ta moje tenká a skoro stejně teplá jak ta zimní. Konstrukce neúplně svisle prošitých čtvercových komor je geniální a spolu s ultralehkým materiálem poskytuje takto kvalitnímu peří co nejvíce místa a zároveň co nejméně útlaku pro nejlepší loft... takže ano, z těch 70g peří v tomto provedení dokáže vykouzlit opravdové maximum. Pokud je vaší prioritou váha, sbalitelnost a nadprůměrný tepelný komfort, pak je to ideální volba. S jinými bundami se asi nemůže porovnávat v mechanické odolnosti, a voděodolnosti, na to ale zjevně slouží jiné kusy oblečení. Velikost jsem zvolil M, místo tabulkové S, aby se vešlo více vrstev pro zimní použití a i tak padne skvěle. Radši trochu více místa, než zmáčknutý omezený loft. Ze stejného důvodu nepostrádám prsní kapsu.
