The Mountain SPF 50+ sun cream stick is an easy-to-use, sweat resistant, 2-in-1 sun cream and lip salve, ideal for use at high altitude. The cream contains highly effective broad spectrum UV filters that protect the skin from both UVA and UVB rays.

Apply liberally over dry skin 30 minutes before sun exposure. One application lasts for up to 6 hours. Reapply every 2 hours at high altitude, areas of increased humidity, after swimming or using a towel.

V mojí hygienické taštičce je tenhle krém oblíbenou položkou už hodně let. Beru ho s sebou na každou delší cestu - i když je malý, zatím jsem si ho z každého půlročního treku od léta do podzimu přivezla se zbytkem, který mi vystačil ještě na zimní výlety/lyžovačky. Samozřejmě to není na každodenní opalování u moře (k těmto účelům ho použiju tak 2x až 3x ročně), ale na horách ochrání před spáleným obličejem spolehlivě.

Kombinace s balzámem na rty je fajn - asi bych si normálně na treky balzám nebrala, ale v tomto kompaktním balení je to praktické (zvláště za slunného a větrného počasí ochrání před rozpraskanými rty). Někomu by mohlo vadit, že balzám nechává oproti běžnému Jelenímu loji na rtech bílou stopu, ale to se během několika minut vstřebá. Na horách je to ostatně jedno, pokud si neděláte každou chvíli selfíčka :)
